Anna Dimitriadis holds a MSc in Wine Marketing by the O.IV. (International Organisation of Vine and Wine). Both her bachelor degree on Economics and International Relations and her first Master in Business Administration (MBA) are by the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. She has been working in the wine sector since 1998; currently she is Executive Director of MYCAVA by Depot des Vins wine shop in Thessaloniki. She has travelled in more than 25 wine producing countries and has tasted wine and spirits from around the globe. She has been judging wines in International competitions and has performed numerous presentations on wine for both novice and advanced audiences in Greece and abroad.

Eleftherios Hanialidis began his career in the hospitality industry in 2001 and has worked for many years as a head sommelier but also as a consultant in restaurants, wine bars and wine retail stores. In August of 2023 became the first Master Sommelier of Greece, but has also obtained the A.S.I. Diploma (Gold Pin) back in 2018. His first time compet-ing back in 2017, he managed to take 3rd place in the best sommelier of Greece competition, thus gaining the award of Best First Appearing Sommelier of Greece, and in 2020 won the title of the Best Sommelier of Greece. He is a member of the board of directors of the Greek Sommelier Association, a columnist for Oinoxoos magazine of Kathimerini newspaper, a Star Wine List ambassador for Greece and also teaches in Genius In Gastronomy. Throughout his career, he has been a judge for several prestigious wine competitions and is constantly expanding his knowledge and skills concerning not only wine, but also sake, spirits and beers, as he is preparing for the Competition of the Best Sommelier of Europe and Africa 2024, in which he will be representing Greece.

Aris Sklavenitis has obtained a degree in Oenology, is an Advanced Sommelier Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, has Diploma of the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale), is a Wine & Sommelier Expert by Genius in Gastronomy.
He is the owner and head sommelier at Oinoscent Wine Food Cellar, founder of scanforfacts.io and prephylloxera.com. He writes articles in popular magazines of the Kathimerini group, and is Vice-President of the Greek Sommelier Association.
He has been distinguished as the best Greek Sommelier for 2016, 2019 & 2023, winning the Greek Sommelier Competition and representing our country in the World Sommelier Competition in 2026.

Fotis Stathopoulos started his career in hospitality in the field of coffee about twenty years ago. He started working with wine in 2012 and worked in restaurants as a sommelier, manager, and lecturer of educational programs related to wine service and tasting in Athens, Mykonos, and Berlin. He also worked in Santorini in the wine-tourism section. He attended many training programs on the subject in many different institutions, such as the WSPC (WSET Lv 3), the Court of Master Sommelier (1st Lv), the Agricultural Institute of Athens, and Genius in Gastronomy, where he is a graduate of the Wine & Sommelier Expert program course. In 2018, he was successfully certified as a sommelier by the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale (Sommelier ASI Dip num. 3131). Since 2015, he has been a registered member of the Panhellenic Association of Sommeliers. He works at Winest company as a wine trainer and a lecturer in Genius in Gastronomy.

Alexandros Bouzikas is a certified Sommelier from Genius In Gastronomy, he also holds the ASI Diploma from the Association de la Sommelierie Internationale and the title Advanced Sommelier Certificate from the Court Of Master Sommeliers.

Professionally, he has worked in the field of hospitality and gastronomy in a number of large luxury hotel groups offering high-level wine services, but also as a wine consultant in various wine bars. He is now expanding his working knowledge in a different field than that of gastronomy as Brand Ambassador for the Gerovasiliou, Biblia Chora, Dyo Ypsi, Mikra Thira and Mikro Ktima Titou estates. He is also the Brand Ambassador of Riedel The Wine Glass Company in Greece.

During his career he has been a judge in many wine competitions, while in 2017 he won the title of the best Greek Sommelier and with this distinction he represented Greece at the European Sommelier Competition in 2021. While in 2019 and 2020 gained the 2nd place at the competition for the best Greek Sommelier.

George Loukas has established the company «Genius in Gastronomy» in 2010 where he conducts seminars, training courses and consultancy services about wines, beers and spirits.
He is writing articles for various magazines as a columnist and he is Wine Education & Development Consultant στην εταιρεία Deals Sa, since 1998.
He was nominated 1st Best Greek Sommelier in 2002.
He participated in the European Competition of Sommelier representing Greece in 2002 and in the World Competition of Sommelier in 2004.
He is often taking part as a member of jury in International wine competitions.
He has collaborated in the past as a Sommelier with Michelin star awarded restaurants
and famous hotels & resorts around all Greece.
Lately he is collaborating with some of them as a consultant and he is coaching candidates for National and International Competitions.
From 2019 to 2022, he was officially the coach of the National Sommelier Team. He was also a member of the A.S.I. Didactic Committee from July 2017 until December 2020.
He has the title of Riedel (Wine Glass Company) Ambassador.
