Stathopoulos Fotis started his carrier path in hospitality business as a barista and a coffee shop owner almost twenty years ago. Still active in coffee business as a barista instructor and as a judge in national barista championships (SCA) from 2014 to 2019. In 2012 starts to study wine and worked since then as a sommelier, business manager, and instructor to educational programs in Athens, Mykonos and Berlin. Succeeded different wine schools such as WSPC (WSET lv 3), Court of Master Sommelier (1st Lv), Agricultural Institute of Athens and Genius in Gastronomy as a member of Wine & Sommelier Expert Course. Since 2018 is a certified sommelier of the International Association (Sommelier ASI Dip num. 3131). Since 2015 is also a member of the Greek Association of Sommeliers. Since 2015 he works also in Santorini as a Wine tour guide during the summer season.
