Aris Sklavenitis has obtained a degree in Oenology, is an Advanced Sommelier Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, has Diploma of the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale), is a Wine & Sommelier Expert by Genius in Gastronomy.
He is the owner and head sommelier at Oinoscent Wine Food Cellar, founder of and He writes articles in popular magazines of the Kathimerini group, and is Vice-President of the Greek Sommelier Association.
He has been distinguished as the best Greek Sommelier for 2016, 2019 & 2023, winning the Greek Sommelier Competition and representing our country in the World Sommelier Competition in 2026.
