George Loukas has established the company «Genius in Gastronomy» in 2010 where he conducts seminars, training courses and consultancy services about wines, beers and spirits.
ELEFTHERIOS HANIALIDIS
Eleftherios Hanialidis began his career in the hospitality industry in 2001 and has worked for many years as a head sommelier but also as a consultant in restaurants, wine bars and wine retail stores. In August of 2023 became the first Master Sommelier of Greece, but has also obtained the A.S.I. Diploma (Gold Pin) back in 2018.

Alexandros Bouzikas is certified Sommelier by the Association de la Sommelierie Internationale, from Genius In Gastronomy and also by the Court Of Master Sommeliers.
THEOLOGOS PLAKOPOULOS
Theologos Plakopoulos is a graduate of Agriculture Technology School of the Technological Institute of Thessaloniki and the Wine & Sommelier Expert Course of Genius in Gastronomy.
ARIS SKLAVENITIS
Aris Sklavenitis has obtained a degree in Oenology, is an Advanced Sommelier Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, has Diploma of the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale), is a Wine & Sommelier Expert by Genius in Gastronomy.
FOTIS STATHOPOULOS
Fotis Stathopoulos started his career in hospitality in the field of coffee about twenty years ago. He started working with wine in 2012 and worked in restaurants as a sommelier, manager, and lecturer of educational programs related to wine service and tasting in Athens, Mykonos, and Berlin.

Giannis Makris is a Diploma WSET graduate since 2010, he has attend the first year of the Institute of Master of Wine.
Currently is working for Jeroboam LTD specializes in importing premium wines, as buyer, marketing and sales development, education and training for professionals and service team.
DESPOINA MOSCHAKI
Despoina Moschaki is a graduate of the Oenology and Technology of Alcoholic beverages faculty of A.T.E.I. of Athens.
She is a certified wine and beer sommelier by Genius in Gastronomy.
PANAGIOTIS KATSOUDAS
Panagiotis Katsoudas is a Advanced Sommelier certified by the Court of Masters Sommeliers, WSET DIPLOMA holder and A.S.I Diploma holder. He is a graduate of the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course by Genious in Gatsronomy.
MICHAEL FYTOUSIS
Michael Fytousis is a certified Bartender from the Hellenic Bartending association and the International Bartending association with studies in Advanced bartending & molecular techniques from the Mixology Group at the Brighton of England.
ALEXANDROS TRIANTAFYLLOU
Alexandros Triantafyllou has graduated from the Material Science department of Patras University as well as the Wine Professional & Sommelier and Beer Sommelier courses of Genius in Gastronomy. In 2023 he successfully graduated from the Sommelier Expert course of the same school.

Alexis Mytakidis works in the hospitality field and is the owner, since 1999, of the restaurant REMETZO in Eretria, Evia.

Anna Dimitriadis holds a MSc in Wine Marketing by the O.IV. (International Organisation of Vine and Wine).
