Alexandros Katsikandarakis holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and the WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits, and works as Wine Director at Pallas, Pallas Philocaly, and Pallas Lithografeion restaurants in Chania, Crete, maintaining an active presence in the hospitality industry since 2006.
He curates wine lists and staff training programs for restaurants and hotels across Crete. At the same time, he designs and organizes themed wine evenings, masterclasses, and seminars focusing on both the Greek and international vineyard.
He travels regularly to wine-producing regions of Greece and Europe, exploring new trends and contemporary winemaking approaches.
