Konstantinos Kosmopoulos, completed the Certified Professional Sommelier of Genius in Gastronomy and followed the career of Sommelier in Mykonos, France, London and the United Arab Emirates. During his career, he obtained the certifications of Advanced Sommelier by Court of Master Sommeliers and Certified Sake Sommelier by the International Sake Sommelier Association. In recent years, he has been active as Head Sommelier-Director of Wines in large concepts in Greece and abroad, with his last stop being Dubai, where he supervised the opening and menus of 7 restaurants. In the most recent stop of his career, he was distinguished with 1st place in the competition, Best Sommelier of UAE and founded his own consulting company, The Somm Studio, based in the Emirates. Through The Somm Studio, Konstantinos advises major brands operating in the Arabian Peninsula on wine at the level of menu design and business development-sustainability.

George Zervogiannis has been active in the hospitality industry for over ten years, with a specialization in wine. He is a Certified Expert Sommelier, having completed the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course at Genius in Gastronomy. He also holds the A.S.I. Diploma and the Advanced Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. In 2024, he was named Best Greek Sommelier, a distinction that will lead him to represent Greece at the Best Sommelier of Europe, Africa & Middle East competition in 2027.Today, he serves as Head of Wine for the Scorpios Group, both in Greece and internationally. At the same time, he works as a wine consultant, offering his valuable expertise to restaurants and businesses, and collaborates with Oinoxoos magazine of Kathimerini newspaper.

Michalis Alexandris is a Certified Expert Sommelier, having completed the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course from Genius in Gastronomy.
He holds the Certified Sommelier title from the Court of Master Sommeliers and the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines.
He has been working in the hospitality industry since 2009, and for the past 8 years, he has served as Restaurant Manager and Sommelier at Kouzeineri The Meat Lounge in Heraklion, Crete.
He is also a member of the Panhellenic Association of Sommeliers.

Christos Papadopoulos has been a certified Sommelier by Genius in Gastronomy since the age of 19 and has also completed the Wine Expert Sommelier Course. Although he has finished his undergraduate studies at the Political Science Department of AUTH and his postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the University of Macedonia, wine and gastronomy won him over. He has participated for 5 years in the Sani Gourmet Festival as a Sommelier, has worked in Mykonos as a Sommelier at Scorpios and is now the owner and Head Sommelier of Classico Bistro in Thessaloniki. His love for wine and gastronomy led him to create his own Wine Restaurant, Classico Bistro.
At the same time, he writes articles for Thessaloniki media about wine.
He has participated in the Panhellenic Sommelier Competition in 2017 at the age of 21.

Michael Fytousis is a certified Bartender from the Hellenic Bartending association and the International Bartending association with studies in Advanced bartending & molecular techniques from the Mixology Group at the Brighton of England. He has WSET Level 3 award in spirits from WSET in London(GWA), Single Malt Whisky Diploma from Edinburgh Whisky Academy and is a member of the Management Board of Greek Whisky Association. He is also a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier and from Genius in Gastronomy. He is working as Bar Manager/ Co-Owner at Sense Beachbar and Paralio Beachbar and he is the owner of the website mixologyexperts.gr which is dealing with cocktails and spirits.

Giannis Makris is a Diploma WSET graduate since 2010, he has attend the first year of the Institute of Master of Wine.
Currently is working for Assaggio specializes in importing premium wines, as buyer, marketing and sales development, education and training for professionals and service team.
Born and raised professional and physical in Athens, he has many years in the hospitality industry, working as manager and sommelier in fine restaurants and hotels.
He has also works as consultant (wine list and training) in hospitality groups. In 2015 was consultant for Hellas Group (restaurants and deli shops) in Shanghai for one year.
Occasionally writes articles for magazines and regularly is travelling to the wine regions of Europe.

Popi Wallick holds a PhD in Child Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA, an M.Sc in Media, University of Salt Lake City UTAH – USA, and an MBA from the same University and a degree in English Literature from the University of Athens.
She has been a marketing director at Ioannis Alafouzou Business Group and the SKAI TV station, in the radio station Radio Gold, had the management of Marketing and Communication Department of the company HRS, media group of the radio stations Lampsi 92.3 and Village 88.3.
She has studied at WSPC (Wine & Spirit Professional Center – Athens) as well as Genius in Gastronomy where she is a lecturer in the department of wine marketing and digital identity.
She is also the the radio producer of the radio show Wine Lovers which since 2013 is the only, specialized, two-hour show about wine that has been hosted on web radios such as OnAir, Maga, Amagi and today Ifeelradio.
She speaks fluently English, French and Italian and she participates as a wine judge at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

From 2010 until today she is the Digital Marketing & Social Media Director at Bonello Ltd.

George Lykopoulos is an expert in the field of Silver Service with many years of experience and an extensive network of collaborations.

He is the person responsible for establishing new standards in the fields of restaurant services and hospitality when it comes to serving, through proper etiquette, passion, as well as enhanced sales.

Guided by his passion and love for his field of specialization, which at the same time gives him the opportunity to help people evolve and get the best out of themselves.

He is the owner of the company Chateau des services, which deals exclusively with education on silver service, behavior, and sales. Collaborates with leading yachting and luxury villa companies. He has previously worked for a number of major luxury hotel groups offering high-quality services.

Despoina Moschaki is a graduate of the Oenology and Technology of Alcoholic beverages faculty of A.T.E.I. of Athens.
She is a certified wine and beer sommelier by Genius in Gastronomy.
As an oenology, she has collaborated with Zoumboulis and Associates and she has been winemaker in charge for many wineries in Greece such as La Tour Melas in Fthiotida and RIRA Vineyards at Aegio.
She is in the restaurant industry since 2011 as sommelier kai trainer of service staff in various restaurants in Athens and Santorini.
Since 2022 she is a captain and sommelier for NOBU Santorini.
