George Karampouzoukis has been active in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years, specializing in wine and sake. He is a Certified Advanced Sake Sommelier by the Sake Sommelier Association, as well as a Certified Expert Sommelier by Genius in Gastronomy.
In recent years, he has held the position of Wine & Sake Director for a major hospitality group in Athens, where he is responsible for the development and management of wine and sake programs, as well as the training and development of professional teams.
At the same time, his passion for Japanese gastronomic culture and sake has led him to acquire extensive experience and specialized expertise in this field.
