The Introductory Sake Professional program is the ideal introduction for professionals in the food and beverage, tourism, and hospitality industries, as well as for sake enthusiasts who wish to expand their knowledge through a modern and interactive learning experience.

The program offers an internationally recognised introductory certification from the Sake Sommelier Academy (SSA), one of the leading educational organisations in the world of sake. Through theoretical instruction, guided tasting sessions, and practical exercises, participants acquire the foundations necessary for further development in the field of sake.

The program is presented by George Karabouzoukis, a certified Advanced Sake Sommelier, who will guide participants through a comprehensive introduction to the culture and sensory complexity of sake.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive the Introductory Sake Professional Certification and the official commemorative Lapel Pin, marking their first step into the fascinating world of Japanese sake.
