  • Graduate of Hotel management school
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar 5 star properties at a similar position
  • Excellent use of English and a second language
  • Experience in food cost and pricing
  • Experience in monitoring food and beverage cost
  • Experience in hiring and training service staff
  • Leading personality with a positive spirit
  • Ability to create wine list and operate a wine tasting venue
  • Experience in high end cocktail lists
  • Experience in setting and promoting a new gastronomical a la carte restaurant
  • Flexibility and positive attitude
  • HACCP procedures
  • Update latest f&b trends
  • Manage and handle all complaints
  • Lead the team by continuous training, guiding, motivation and supervision of all F&B Supervisors & associates
