1. What do you love and what do you “hate” in your profession?

Love red smiling cheeks after a nice dinner. Hate counting leftovers

2. Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Mohamed Ali. His fight in life was tougher and against a much stronger and evil opponent. In the ring, he had no opponent

3. Dirty (Street food) or high gastronomy?
Dirty is only your regrets. Street food is great when it’s high and high gastronomy is great when it’s food

4. If you were a variety, which would you be and why?
Savvatianomavro (a unicorn grape unknown to non-speaking Greek people)

5. What scares you?
Melania Trump

6. Jazz or the clarinet?
Django Reinhardt and Manolis Chiotis

7. What did you want to be (as a kid) when you were little?
I wanted to study hospitality to become a kiosk owner (to read Comix for free)


8. Which personality would you like to go clubbing with?
I always hated clubbing even though I had some great times in the past

9. Two-seater or SUV?
I am an urban guy, electric scooter

10. Mom’s or dad’s?
Dad’s (I Hope mom never sees this!)

11. Would you rather be able to fly or be invisible?
Getting up to fifty, I am already invisible to under-40-year-old women, so I would rather fly

Savory, of course, bitter and tangy with just a hint of a dead raccoon flavor

Asterix (A comic you bloody monitor addicts!!)

The time when she’s gone (and I started sing the blues)
