1. What do you love and what do you “hate” in your profession? 
I love this kind of royalty it reflects! And the fact that it keeps evolving and you never stop learning. I hate all these little jackasses who think they know it all and have ridden the stick … Stay humble guys!

2. Who is your favorite athlete and why?
Alexandros Bouzikas..black humor!

3. Dirty (Street food) or high gastronomy? 
I enjoy both equally, but I like trying to cook “gourmet” dishes more.

4. If you were a variety, which would you be and why?
Nebbiolo. Because it is a significantly capricious and difficult variety, which needs the right conditions to thrive and produce magnificent wines.

5. What scares you?
The uncertainty!

6. Jazz or the clarinet?
It depends on the circumstance!

7. What did you want to be (as a kid) when you were little?

It may sound cliché, but since I was little I wanted to work with wine, I just didn’t know how!

SUV

Grandfather’s

To fly!

Morning. As with my morning coffee, I plan my whole day.

Buy the truth and don’t sell it, the same with wisdom, lecture, prudence.
