Alexandros Triantafyllou has graduated from the Material Science department of Patras University as well as the Wine Professional & Sommelier and Beer Sommelier courses of Genius in Gastronomy. He has finished 3rd in the Best Greek Sommelier Contest of both 2014 (awarded also the best new-coming sommelier) and 2015. In 2018 he has been awarded with the title of Diploma (Silver Pin) of the International Sommelier Association (A.S.I.). Since 2012 he has been working in the hospitality sector in Greece, as a sommelier and beverage manager in awarded resorts, restaurants and bars. Nowadays he is the owner and director of Oenos&co, an online wine, beer and coffee database, marketplace and services platform.
