Popi Wallick holds a PhD in Child Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA, an M.Sc in Media, University of Salt Lake City UTAH – USA, and an MBA from the same University and a degree in English Literature from the University of Athens.
She has been a marketing director at Ioannis Alafouzou Business Group and the SKAI TV station, in the radio station Radio Gold, had the management of Marketing and Communication Department of the company HRS, media group of the radio stations Lampsi 92.3 and Village 88.3.
She has studied at WSPC (Wine & Spirit Professional Center – Athens) as well as Genius in Gastronomy where she is a lecturer in the department of wine marketing and digital identity.
She is also the the radio producer of the radio show Wine Lovers which since 2013 is the only, specialized, two-hour show about wine that has been hosted on web radios such as OnAir, Maga, Amagi and today Ifeelradio.
She speaks fluently English, French and Italian and she participates as a wine judge at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

From 2010 until today she is the Digital Marketing & Social Media Director at Bonello Ltd.

George Lykopoulos is an expert in the field of Silver Service with many years of experience and an extensive network of collaborations.

He is the person responsible for establishing new standards in the fields of restaurant services and hospitality when it comes to serving, through proper etiquette, passion, as well as enhanced sales.

Guided by his passion and love for his field of specialization, which at the same time gives him the opportunity to help people evolve and get the best out of themselves.

He is the owner of the company Chateau des services, which deals exclusively with education on silver service, behavior, and sales. Collaborates with leading yachting and luxury villa companies. He has previously worked for a number of major luxury hotel groups offering high-quality services.

Despoina Moschaki is a graduate of the Oenology and Technology of Alcoholic beverages faculty of A.T.E.I. of Athens.
She is a certified wine and beer sommelier by Genius in Gastronomy.
As an oenology, she has collaborated with Zoumboulis and Associates and she has been winemaker in charge for many wineries in Greece such as La Tour Melas in Fthiotida and RIRA Vineyards at Aegio.
She is in the restaurant industry since 2011 as sommelier kai trainer of service staff in various restaurants in Athens and Santorini.
Since 2022 she is a captain and sommelier for NOBU Santorini.

Alexis Mytakidis works in the hospitality field and is the owner, since 1999, of the restaurant REMETZO in Eretria, Evia.

Graduate of Tourism Enterprises of A.T.E.I. Lamia, graduate of I.I.E.K. Praxis in the department of Culinary Technician, Certified Sommelier from Genius in Gastronomy & student at Wine & Sommelier Expert.

Panagiotis Katsoudas is a Advanced Sommelier certified by the Court of Masters Sommeliers, WSET DIPLOMA holder and A.S.I Diploma holder. He is a graduate of the Wine and Sommelier Expert Course by Genious in Gatsronomy. He already holds a bachelor’s degree in Energy Technology Engineering but has fully dedicated his life to the wine world. He currently holds the position of the Wine Director at Tsaknakis Premium Brands. He has been awarded the 2th best Greek Sommelier in the Panhellenic Sommelier competition of 2023 and the best 1st appearing Sommelier in the competition of 2019. He is a wine consultant for restaurants in Greece and abroad, performing wine and food pairing presentations. He is fluent in English and German and enjoys travelling around the world and visiting vineyards, coming closer to their wine culture and secrets.

Simos Georgopoulos is a freelance wine writer as well as wine and food critic since 1999. He has worked for the major consumer magazines and newspapers in the country and he is now a member of the editorial board of FNL- Guide.com and Oinohoos, Olive, Gefsignostis, Anemos and Taverna magazines, while at the same time he is running his own blog simosgeorgopoulosblog.wordpress.com.

He is a tasting and sommelier consultant in restaurants and wineries and for more than 20 years he organizes wine tastings and courses, the latest been the Krasarismata events.

He is also an instructor at the Genius in Gastronomy school of sommelier and he is giving lectures in the postgraduate degrees of Oenological Department at the Agricultural University of Athens, the Oenology department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens as well as the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He has written the bilingual wine guides, “Only the Best’ (Axon, 2000) and “A Wine Glass Full of Greece” (Papasotiriou 2009) and he is an international wine judge.

Theologos Plakopoulos is a graduate of Agriculture Technology School of the Technological Institute of Thessaloniki and the Wine & Sommelier Expert Course of Genius in Gastronomy. He works in the field of high-end hospitality services and gastronomy, while he attends and is a presenter at seminars related to the field’s knowledge and development. For the last 9 years he has been a key member of the sommelier team of Danai Beach Resort and Villas in Nikiti Halkidiki, awarded by Greece and abroad, for the best wine wine collection in Greece and its Wine Program. While for 2017 he was named the 2nd best Greek Sommelier.

Anna Dimitriadis holds a MSc in Wine Marketing by the O.IV. (International Organisation of Vine and Wine). Both her bachelor degree on Economics and International Relations and her first Master in Business Administration (MBA) are by the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. She has been working in the wine sector since 1998; currently she is Executive Director of MYCAVA by Depot des Vins wine shop in Thessaloniki. She has travelled in more than 25 wine producing countries and has tasted wine and spirits from around the globe. She has been judging wines in International competitions and has performed numerous presentations on wine for both novice and advanced audiences in Greece and abroad.

Eleftherios Hanialidis began his career in the hospitality industry in 2001 and has worked for many years as a head sommelier but also as a consultant in restaurants, wine bars and wine retail stores. In August of 2023 became the first Master Sommelier of Greece, but has also obtained the A.S.I. Diploma (Gold Pin) back in 2018. His first time compet-ing back in 2017, he managed to take 3rd place in the best sommelier of Greece competition, thus gaining the award of Best First Appearing Sommelier of Greece, and in 2020 won the title of the Best Sommelier of Greece. He is a member of the board of directors of the Greek Sommelier Association, a columnist for Oinoxoos magazine of Kathimerini newspaper, a Star Wine List ambassador for Greece and also teaches in Genius In Gastronomy. Throughout his career, he has been a judge for several prestigious wine competitions and is constantly expanding his knowledge and skills concerning not only wine, but also sake, spirits and beers, as he is preparing for the Competition of the Best Sommelier of Europe and Africa 2024, in which he will be representing Greece.

Aris Sklavenitis has obtained a degree in Oenology, is an Advanced Sommelier Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, has Diploma of the A.S.I. (Association de la Sommellerie Internationale), is a Wine & Sommelier Expert by Genius in Gastronomy.
He is the owner and head sommelier at Oinoscent Wine Food Cellar, founder of scanforfacts.io and prephylloxera.com. He writes articles in popular magazines of the Kathimerini group, and is Vice-President of the Greek Sommelier Association.
He has been distinguished as the best Greek Sommelier for 2016, 2019 & 2023, winning the Greek Sommelier Competition and representing our country in the World Sommelier Competition in 2026.
